How it all works

  • You want to book a disco. You phone Centre Stage for details. Do you book there and then? How do you know your booking has been secured? What happens to your money? Can you meet the team before booking? What next? Did the chicken really come first or was it the egg?

    With Centre Stage, you are never in the dark. We keep you informed throughout the whole process and we are always here to answer your questions along the way.

    Firstly, you can contact us by phone or you can use our contact form here on our website.

    After an initial chat with our friendly team, you may wish to think about whether to make the booking there and then, or you might wish to shop around. Either way, we can send you a booking form and a copy of our terms and conditions for you to digest. These can be sent by post, or you can download them here on the site. Just visit our downloads page.

    Should you wish to make a booking, we then make your chosen date as Provisionally booked and add the date to our diaries and online calendars. Your chosen date is now secure and effectively booked. We then hold this date, typically for one week, though this depends on a number of factors, particularly if the date is only a few days away from your enquiry. You will then need to pay a deposit within one week in order to fully secure the booking

    It may be possible to come along and meet us at an event and see us in action. This depends on the function itself and whether it is private or public. We have found this additional service to be of great use to our customers. Just check with us to see if anything suitable is coming up.

    Our booking form should be returned as soon as reasonably possible. This is your space to let us know, in writing, exactly what you require from us. Conversely, our booking form and Terms & Conditions lets you know more about us and the services we provide. Just return them to us as soon as you can. All your details will be kept in the strictest confidence. We do not share or re-sell any of the information you send to us. It stays with us, securely.

    Is that it? Just about! We are still here and happy to hear from you should you need to discuss or amend anything along the way. We may send you the occasionaly friendly update, but you will always hear from us at least one week before the date of your event. We will get in touch to check that everything is in order.
